Life Span Development and Personality

Making this poster was a very unique way of realizing how far I've come from my past. How much of an impact everything has to build you to this point in time all happens for a reason. My history represented everywhere I have gone, and anywhere I will be going all by just choices made throughout your average day! How CRAZY is that! I grew up in a very traditional and godly home that led me to experience childhood in a whole new light.

Growing up, I was a very slow learner but once I understood the information I was golden. I was more focused on the next thing to happen, always wanting more which was a healthy motivator for getting to graduation. Graduation for me was not only the next chapter of my life but also a significant leap into designing what I want my life to be in the future. Every decision I made would impact where I'll be later. That is why it was such a big step for me. I leaned on my parents (like any child should) for most of my childhood, and I wanted to be able to make something of myself!
My whole life has been influenced by medical professionals. For example, My grandfather was a psychiatrist, my mom has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both of my are medical professionals so saying that there is a long line of medical influencers in my family might be an understatement! However, all of these influential people in my life brought out what really interests me for what I want my career to look like.  College is a BIG STEP, and I want to make the most of it right now for what I will hold in my future!

  2. Hey Carol :) your blog was fantastic! I loved your poster and how you created the flow of it. It really is crazy how much you actually learn about yourself when doing these experimental tasks and I say that because I actually did this same exact one! Anyways, great job and I can't wait to see more :)
